Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are tools that support graduate students in actively preparing for the career of their choice by:
- exploring career paths
- establishing career and academic goals
- identifying skill gaps
- creating an action plan to identify learning opportunities and achieve the goals above
- monitoring and celebrating progress
